At AlterRealiTee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at info@alterrealitee.com. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. Our team will review your claim and work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
2. Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size in the same design. To qualify:
- Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement at no additional charge.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an expected refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@alterrealitee.com.
